Our Rates
Handyman & Maintenance Charges
- Hourly rate $120 + GST
- We offer a fixed price option or time & materials.
- We do not charge extra for work on Saturday, Sunday or late nights.
- Call out fee $190 +GST
- One off procurement fee if specialised materials are needed $50 + GST. We do not charge any additional margin of construction products we purchase for you
Retainer to reduce your cost
We invoice a $100 (+ GST) retainer before scheduling all jobs which is deducted from the final invoice. This ensures that the cost in quoting, scheduling, procuring materials and travelling to jobs for other customers that are cancelled at the last moment are not added to your cost. Once we have scheduled your job the retainer is not refundable.
Our Four Step Process
Step 1: Request a quote using our “Next Day Quote Form”.
We ask for a detailed description, photos of the work to be done, and the location your home is in so that we can give the best quote possible. The more information you can provide, the faster we can provide your quote. You will be asked if you prefer a fixed price or time & materials. You will be asked your preferred work window.
Step 2: We will review and send you a quote via email
We may need to call or video call to gather further information.
For larger jobs we may need to schedule a site visit.
We generally get back to you within 24 hours.
Step 3: When you accept your quote, we will invoice your retainer and once paid we will schedule your job.
You may need to discuss and modify your quote before acceptance. If you call (number will be on the quote) to discuss a modification, you must follow up with an email (email will be on the quote) to ensure our admin staff update your quote.
You can accept by pressing the accept button on the quote.
Step 4: Your job is scheduled
Rescheduling – Rescheduling from either your-side or our-side can happen, and we will always do our best to reschedule with minimum fuss and delay for zero cost.

We were selling our house and had an urgent job to repair an external wall that was badly cracked. Rado had been recommended to us and he inspected the problem and recommended a course of action. Rado started work on the job ahead of schedule, did an excellent job in rectifying both the cause of the problem and the wall.
During the works, Rado and his team were all excellent and a pleasure to have at our property. They completed the work on time and in line with the budget estimate. Rado sent an SMS to let me know when they would be on site each day and were very punctual. They were also tidy on site and cleaned up after themselves every day. Where any unexpected issues arose, Rado quickly recommended a solution and undertook the extra work with enthusiasm, there was never any stress.

We used Rado from Microbuilding.com.au to create a large timber deck out the back. This involved a lot of excavation, creating retaining walls with sandstone cladding and cleanup. They did such a fantastic job that I told him I wanted to write up a review.
