Our Rates
Remodelling or Small Renovations Charges
(explicit price should reduce customers that are price sensitive)
- Hourly rate $100 + GST
- We offer a fixed price option or time & materials.
- We do not charge extra for work on Saturday, Sunday or late nights.
Retainer to reduce your cost
We require a retainer to schedule your job as follows:
- 10% of the contract price if under $20,000
- 5% of the contract price if over $20,000
Our Four Step Process
Step 1: Request a quote using our “Next Day Quote Form”.
We ask for a detailed description, photos of the work to be done, and the location your home is in so that we can give the best quote possible. The more information you can provide, the faster we can provide your quote. You will be asked if you prefer a fixed price or time & materials. You will be asked your preferred work window.
Step 2: We will review and send you a quote via email
We will probably need to schedule a site visit.
We generally get back to you within 24 hours.
Step 3: When you accept your quote, we will invoice your retainer and once paid we will schedule your job.
You may need to discuss and modify your quote before acceptance. If you call (number will be on the quote) to discuss a modification, you must follow up with an email (email will be on the quote) to ensure our admin staff update your quote.
You can accept by pressing the accept button on the quote.
Step 4: Your job is scheduled
Rescheduling – Rescheduling from either your-side or our-side can happen, and we will always do our best to reschedule with minimum fuss and delay for zero cost.
