Rado and his team did a very fast and professional job for us when we needed a full refurb done. This was a complicated job in an older unit building and included demolition, removal of structural walls, installation of load bearing beams and construction. Rado kept the communication up and found solutions to problems as they arose, without delaying the job. No job is too small or too big and he takes great pride in his work. Rado has the amazing ability to solve problems which may pop during a build. We were selling our house and had an urgent job to repair an external wall that was badly cracked. Rado had been recommended to us and he inspected the problem and recommended a course of action. Rado started work on the job ahead of schedule, did an excellent job in rectifying both the cause of the problem and the wall.
During the works, Rado and his team were all excellent and a pleasure to have at our property. They completed the work on time and in line with the budget estimate. Rado sent an SMS to let me know when they would be on site each day and were very punctual. They were also tidy on site and cleaned up after themselves every day. Where any unexpected issues arose, Rado quickly recommended a solution and undertook the extra work with enthusiasm, there was never any stress.
Having worked with many contractors over the years, Rado was an exception in his attention to detail and work ethic. They were honest and trustworthy.
I would have no problems in highly recommending Rado and Micro Building.
We used Rado from Microbuilding.com.au to create a large timber deck out the back. This involved a lot of excavation, creating retaining walls with sandstone cladding and cleanup. They did such a fantastic job that I told him I wanted to write up a review. I have already recommending Rado and I have told him that he can show our decking to other people who may want to see the quality of his work.
